What we can help with

• Listing corrections. If a business has moved, changed its phone number, changed hands or closed, tell us and we will fix or remove the entry.
• A business we have missed. Send the name, address, phone number and website. Listings are free and editorial — we do not charge for an entry.
• An event. Send the event name, dates, venue and a link and we will add it to What's On.
• Feedback on the site, including anything broken or hard to use.

What we cannot help with

• Bookings. We do not take bookings or payments and cannot see, change or cancel one. Accommodation searches are handled by Wotif — contact Wotif or the accommodation provider directly.
• Contacting a listed business. Please use the phone number or website on that business's own page.
